Mold Inspection
Mold inspection simply identifies the presence of mould and generally defines the size of the problem using our thermal imaging camera, humidity meter and swab test kit.
Almost all commercial, industrial and residential buildings have some level of mould. The most common health effects and risks of mould are allergic reactions including: wheezing, coughing, rash, runny nose, watery eyes and redness of the eyes.
Common areas where a mould inspection service would find mould present are in carpet, ceiling tiles, furniture, ductwork, paneling, wallpaper, plumping areas and roofing. Professional mould testing will both identify and test where the highest amount
amounts of mould spores are located within a building.
Work related mould spore exposure can lead to unsafe work conditions and employment lawsuits. Work sites should always have professional mould testing performed prior to the start of any work being performed to ensure a safe working environment.
